Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

We were referred to Mr. Tripp by a friend. Best referral that we have ever taken. We started the process of looking for a home with him in May of 2012. He openly answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He provided us with several listings and was extremely patient with us through out the process!! We looked at over 10 houses in one day! He is very knowledgeable and helped us maximize our budget, which helped us look at houses that we would have never even considered. In September of 2012, Mr. Tripp handed us our keys to our home! In addition, he helped us rent out our condo and gave us tips on how to be landlords. Bought a Single Family home in 2000 in Rialto, CA.

I met David thru my brother after he bought his first home in San Bernardino. David was and is the "Man" when it came down to finding a lender and getting approved for a home loan. He informed me on the process after I submitted my bid. Once the bid was accepted and escrow started, I was in my home 30 days later. I later got into real estate investment with my brother as a partner and bought 3 more homes with my brother and David representing us as our agent. Using David's in house resources made the whole process very easy. He is not only an excellent agent, he is a good man who I consider a brother. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to have David represent you as your agent.   More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Hemet, CA.

David is an excellent negotiator who will use his expertise to get you the best deal. He was able to get me an excellent loan when I purchased my first home and he helped me determine the best offer to bid on my last home purchase. He really knows his business, for he always delivers results!
