David listed and sold our house. We moved out of the area before putting the house on the market, David took care of everything for us. He did everything he said he would do, and got us a fair price. Unlike the first buyer's agent we contacted, David listened to what we wanted in a house and gave us suggestions for what to look for. He wasn't pushy and never tried to talk us into getting a house that wasn't right for us. He knew about several homes that didn't turn up on our internet searches and patiently showed us dozens of homes before we found one we loved. We purchased our home with David as him taking on the role of 'Buyer's Agent'.
We live out of state and used email, txt messaging and FAX to communicate many times a day. As needed, David would go to the various houses we looked at to double check features we had forgotten about and promptly send us pictures he just took .
Thanks to David's techie-ness, without even leaving our out of state home, we were able to close the deal remotely using Apple's FaceTime on our phone. It was just like being there.
David is a wealth of useful information when it comes to finding someone to do things like inspections, repairs, maintenance etc. We would have been lost without him knowing who to contact and trust.

Best buying agent I've ever worked with. Knows every nook and cranny of his service area (local knowledge AAA+). Great guy, too, never lost his composure or cheerful point of view. .Negotiated a notoriously stubborn seller's agent to a price way below their breakeven point (negotiation skills super). responded to my every request, including "reading me" so closely that each of the final 2 or 3 places could have been my "favorite". Steered me through the whole process easily and stress free, even though this was a "domino" type multi house situation AND included a corporate owner 3 times zones away.
