Bought a home in 2012.
Dawn helped us to find & secure the condo. She was working hard and devoted us a lot of time until we said that we are completely satisfied with the unit. She run us through the entire process until escrow closing, making it as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Dawn to anyone who is looking to buy or sell his house or condo.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475K in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Dawn Famiglietti is honest and hard working. Less then two months after listing we had a check in hand. Dawn was always accessible and prompt to respond. She gave us advice on getting the house ready for sale and immediately used her marketing skills to have the listing sent to other agents, the house shown on the Internet with pictures and video, sent fliers in the neighborhood and held a open house. Immediately after the open house Dawn wrote up two offers from prospective buyers. We were very pleased with her negotiations for the sale and went into escrow. She continued to market the house while in escrow because you never know what can happen. Dawn was on top of all inspections, reports and paperwork helping to make the process run smoothly. It was a pleasure working with Dawn and she has our recommendation.

I would definitely recommend Dawn, she was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us finding the right place for our needs. She's a straight shooter and gets the job done.

Helped me rent a Condo home in Westlake Village, CA.
We first met Dawn on the phone and thru emails. We were looking for a home in Ventura County and Dawn personally previewed dozens of homes for us. She sent her comments, and added many pictures and virtual tours for our review. We now live in Westlake Village in a home that is perfect, thanks to Dawn!!!!!!!!!!!

We are picky out-of-state buyers who have been working with Dawn to help us understand the local market and find a house that fits our specific wants. She has been very responsive and careful to show us only those homes she feels we would really like.
