    Having an excellent realtor who is knowledgeable about the local market and a good communicator is the key for a smooth and successful real estate transaction. Dawn’s communication skills made the process easy and helped us meet even the tightest deadlines. She was always available by phone, email, or text and even had backup coverage once when she had to go out of town. I was always able to get a response within an hour and was kept up to date throughout the entire process. In fact, Dawn even took the time to prepare and submit an offer for me while she was on a flight to the West Coast and was available while she was on vacation. I never felt like my needs were neglected at any time during the entire home buying process. When working with Dawn, you will feel like you are her only client due to her high level of personal attention that she will deliver to you.

    Dawn also has very keen analytical skills and was able to help me explore all of my options. She took the time to carefully analyze all of my options and pushed me to keep an open mind so that I would not miss out on any deals. There are so many variables to analyze besides price and location and having a realtor who can sort through all of these and provide an unbiased and fact based opinion is extremely valuable to any homebuyer. In fact, I would not be in my home today which I absolutely love if it was not for Dawn’s analytical skills and ability to spot a good deal and to do what it takes to successfully close the deal.

    Dawn is a good realtor who is very knowledgeable of the Midtown Atlanta area. She was very responsive throughout the whole condo searching process, and remained available even after closing. Furthermore, she has her own home building company and brings many connections for any repair work that needs to be done. While there were a few bumps along the road, Dawn was able to adapt and coordinate with everyone involved to get the deal closed.…More Less

    Dawn was simply amazing to work with. She is resourceful, patient, knowledgeable and all around a great ally in the home buying process. We worked together on 2 deals and she was source of comfort, ideas and suggestions through it all.
