Bought a home in 2013.
Dawn is a good realtor who is very knowledgeable of the Midtown Atlanta area. She was very responsive throughout the whole condo searching process, and remained available even after closing. Furthermore, she has her own home building company and brings many connections for any repair work that needs to be done. While there were a few bumps along the road, Dawn was able to adapt and coordinate with everyone involved to get the deal closed.

Dawn was simply amazing to work with. She is resourceful, patient, knowledgeable and all around a great ally in the home buying process. We worked together on 2 deals and she was source of comfort, ideas and suggestions through it all.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Midtown, Atlanta, GA.
Dawn recently assisted my fiance and I purchase our very first home. As daunting as buying property can seem to first time home buyers, we felt very comfortable with Dawn as our agent. Dawn is extremely knowledgeable, capable, and organized and was always available to answer our questions and walk us through any part of the process we were unclear about. She gave us invaluable advice throughout the process and always made us feel like she was in our corner. While other pieces of the home buying process (financing, etc.) were slow or annoying at times, Dawn always turned things around quickly and accurately.
Dawn really went above and beyond expectations by having her husband and business partner, Terry, walk through the house and property after our home inspection and Terry found a fairly large item the inspector missed, saving us money and future headache. We really liked the team approach to finding the right house for us and getting us the best deal. It really was a great experience working with Dawn and Terry and would recommend them to anyone. We absolutely love our new house!!!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Midtown, Atlanta, GA.
Dawn was referred to me by a close friend. We met in person in March 2012 and it was around 6 months before I was in a position to buy. Despite being a non-resident of the USA, and being deployed in the Middle East with limited means of communication. Dawn found a way to overcome any difficulties we encountered, and got everything in order FROM ACCEPANCE OF OFFER TO CLOSING IN 11 DAYS! This allowed me to close in person during my limited time off. I couldn't have asked for more support.

Dawn has been the most wonderful real estate agent. She helped us find our dream condo and made the dreadful short sale process go as smoothly as possible. Dawn has been prompt, organized and very professional in assisting us to look into potential new condos. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a condo/ house in the Midtown Atlanta area. She has great knowledge of the area and can also give you recommendations for finding contractors to do work or remodeling around your house. Dawn has been an absolute delight. Since our process of looking for a condo is finished, we will will miss going with her from house to house, however we are happy to know that she will make other people's wishes of having a new home come true.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Virginia Highland, Atlanta, GA.
I really enjoyed working with Dawn. She helped alleviate the stress that comes along with selling a home. Dawn helped me stage my house and had some fantastic decorating ideas. She was professional with prospective clients and patient with my husband and I as we went through the difficult process of selling our home. I would definitely use her again.

We first contacted Dawn and Terry when we thought we wanted to renovate our existing home. Our family had outgrown our 3/2 bungalow and we either needed a second floor addition or a new house. But, we loved our location and back yard. After meeting with Dawn and Terry, we decided to look at renovating our house, purchasing a lot for new construction, or buying an existing home that would meet our needs, all simultaneously. In our neighborhood, we needed to explore all options given the limited inventory of quality homes of the size and price range we were looking for. It was great working with Dawn and Terry because they brought a lot of additional knowledge to the table in terms of renovation, construction, and design expertise as we considered our options with various properties. After 6 months and several failed offers on lots, we came across the perfect house BEFORE it was listed. Dawn was exceptional in explaining our options, negotiating repair credits and dealing with a complex corporate relocation on the part of the seller. Terry brought in experts related to condition issues whose information assisted Dawn in negotiating for needed repairs the seller was very hesitant to accommodate. Finally, we got the deal closed and we are thrilled with our new home. We would use the Environs team again for real estate or renovation needs without a second thought….

Dawn was everything you would want in a realtor.
She responded immediately to my request for assistance even though it was during the Christmas holidays. As a "first look" opportunity I only had 15 days to see the property, consider an offering price, consult with a contractor and submit the bid paperwork. My purchase involved quick action and an advocate with experience in the field. Dawn satisfied both of those needs. When it looked like I wasn't going to get my house, Dawn encouraged me to hang in there and relentlessly advocated for me with the seller.
Without Dawn, I don't think I would have gotten my house. I have recommended her to my friends and would recommend her to you.

Dawn helped my wife and I purchase our new home in Grant Park. She has a extensive knowledge of the Atlanta area real estate market and was able to quickly focus our housing search on homes and neighborhoods which met our criteria. She was also extremely flexible and patient in working with us as our criteria evolved over the course of our search. Dawn has a great team of people who work with her and she was able to provide crucial advice on financing as well as construction.
This was the second time that my wife and I have purchased a home and the difference between the work that Dawn and her team did and our previous buyer's agent was really remarkable. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in Atlanta.

Dawn also has very keen analytical skills and was able to help me explore all of my options. She took the time to carefully analyze all of my options and pushed me to keep an open mind so that I would not miss out on any deals. There are so many variables to analyze besides price and location and having a realtor who can sort through all of these and provide an unbiased and fact based opinion is extremely valuable to any homebuyer. In fact, I would not be in my home today which I absolutely love if it was not for Dawn’s analytical skills and ability to spot a good deal and to do what it takes to successfully close the deal.
In addition, Dawn is an actual in town resident and has firsthand knowledge on the in town Atlanta real estate market.
