Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Beaver, WV.
We used Mr Bryant to purchase our home in Jan 2010 and he was great. We enlisted him to sell our home this year (we are military) and were very disappointed with his service. He never called. Twice other agents with prospective buyers showed up to show the house and we were never notified. We had to suggest an open house as he never offered to hold one. We ran out of info flyers in the box in front of the house and it took him 2 weeks to get more to us. He had his secretary MAIL them to us instead of just stopping by. A little impersonal if you ask me. When we got the first offer he strongly suggested we take it saying we probably wouldn't get another one. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend him.
