Josh and Dawn were very helpfull in our process. After working with another realtor we hooked up with Josh and Dawn. We flew Sue out here for two weeks to try and find a home. Josh drove Sue around for three days before we made our offer. As we were making a contingent on a Short Sale, Josh helped us work up an offer that was acceptable to the bank. While Sue still had time out here, Josh did take Sue out at different times to learn more about the area. Once Sue returned home and our offer was accepted Josh took care of all the paperwork that we needed to fax out here.
