Bought a home in 2012.
My wife and I were referred to Dawn Lewis through a friend who had also recently purchased a home with her help. We were renting at the time and decided it was time to buy our first home.
I reached out to Dawn, informed her that this was our first purchase and asked if she would be available to meet. Dawn’s knowledge and expertise stood out in our initial conversations. She did a great job of explaining different concepts, took the time to answer our questions and made us both feel at ease as we progressed through our first buying process. From the beginning, we both got the sense that Dawn was going to work for us.
As we went through the buying process, Dawn was amazing! If there was a property we were interested in, she would get us in. After we submitted offers, she would follow up. In short, as a buyer I just felt she was going to outwork other agents and I wanted her on my team.
We feel very lucky to of found Dawn and would highly recommend her to anyone that looking to buy a home.…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Eastlake Woods West, Chula Vista, CA.

I would love to give her 5 starts but the one critique I have is that when our home closed I got a voice mail message and no follow up. Since this was my first time selling a home I was not sure what to expect and was looking for some guidance. After some phone calls I was able to speak with her and she did answer all of my questions.…More Less
