Liz and Deanna updated us daily, reminded us of due dates, and electronically sent us the prepared documents, of which there were a lot, since we negotiated for repairs. When we couldn't be reached on one phone, they got to us on our other phone. They also provided us with information for a fair price, which is difficult to do in this market. Without their help, we would have missed the price by a slim margin and we would have missed the opportunity to negotiate on repairs. 5 star service!
