Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Oceanside, CA.

We went with Dea after we met him at an open house and he knew so much about the area. We felt that with him we could find the right home. He gladly kept in touch and sent suggestions, gave us a note binder to keep track of what we looked at and liked or disliked about the homes. He always made himself available to see houses. After we found the house we wanted which was a short sale he helped us make the best offer which was accepted. Great realator!  More Less

Bought a home in 2011 in Oceana, Oceanside, CA 92057.

Kinds, responsive, and patient. As first time home buyers Mr. Dea exercised great patience as he helped through the home buying process. He also took the time to work with our lender, the seller's team, and the ESCROW company.

We had several potential real estate agents.

We do not regret our choice in the least.

I imagine we will maintain our friendship for as long as we live in the area and perhaps longer.
