Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $850K in Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco, CA.

It was a lucky day in my life when I followed up with a recommendation and met Dean Badessa. I was the happy owner of a condominium in Lower Pacific Heights in San Francisco, however, upon retirement it was time for me to move on. I was a wreck and making too fast decisions. But Dean was my voice of reason and "held my hand" as he explained the housing marketing and my options. He definitely is well versed in the SF market, and he luckily had done previous business in my condominium. I learned to trust his expertise, from the asking price we would start with (which as he said would lead to a potential bidding war; it did!), to the person he recommended to handle the staging of my unit. Two open houses later, he received five very substantial offers. By then I had moved to SoCal, but I returned to review the offers with him. We picked the top three and he then put his excellent negotiating skills to work. It was a happily ever after story for both me and the buyer of my former home! None of this would have happened without Dean. He deserves my highest recomendation.  More Less

Bought a home in 2012.

Dean was able to quickly understand what type of place would appeal to us and found us exactly what we were looking for before it went on the market. Bought a home in 2012.

Dean was extraordinarily involved and concerned. He was very diligent about communicating with us and sending properties before or just as they came on the market. His advice on negotiating strategy was perfect. You won't go wrong with Dean; we would use him again in any home purchase.
