Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, CA.
My husband and I had the good fortune to work with Dean this past summer selling our beautiful Pac Heights condo. He was everything you would want a professional realtor to be. He was kind, informative, helpful, detail oriented, hard working and very supportive. We were very happy with the result of our sale, and we owe it all to Dean. Closing was very stressful for us and he was a great support. He is the person you would want on your team next time you are buying or selling.
Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $1.05M in South Beach, San Francisco, CA.
My wife & I hired Dean to sell our condo in SF. We are incredibly happy that we decided to work with him. He understands the market extremely well and took the time to understand our objectives. We got a great price for our home - Dean exceeded our expectations. Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking for help buying or selling a home in SF.
Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Eureka Valley - Dolores Heights - Castro, San Francisco, CA.
My wife and I worked with Dean on buying our condo in San Francisco when we moved to the city. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have met him and had him represent us as clients. Dean was the perfect match to what we needed - knowledgeable about the complex San Francisco market, professional, patient, incredibly helpful, responsive, detail oriented and hard working.
Above all that, he is a pleasure to work with him - a great listener, over time he developed an instinct for exactly what we were looking for and helped us find a place that met all our needs. We continue to stay in touch even after having moved into our condo.
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a place in San Francisco.
Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $850K in Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco, CA.
It was a lucky day in my life when I followed up with a recommendation and met Dean Badessa. I was the happy owner of a condominium in Lower Pacific Heights in San Francisco, however, upon retirement it was time for me to move on. I was a wreck and making too fast decisions. But Dean was my voice of reason and "held my hand" as he explained the housing marketing and my options. He definitely is well versed in the SF market, and he luckily had done previous business in my condominium. I learned to trust his expertise, from the asking price we would start with (which as he said would lead to a potential bidding war; it did!), to the person he recommended to handle the staging of my unit. Two open houses later, he received five very substantial offers. By then I had moved to SoCal, but I returned to review the offers with him. We picked the top three and he then put his excellent negotiating skills to work. It was a happily ever after story for both me and the buyer of my former home! None of this would have happened without Dean. He deserves my highest recomendation.
Dean was able to quickly understand what type of place would appeal to us and found us exactly what we were looking for before it went on the market. His negotiating style was very empathic and was able to build an offer that gave both parties what they needed. From finding the place to accepted offer took three days. Thanks Dean!
Dean was extraordinarily involved and concerned. He was very diligent about communicating with us and sending properties before or just as they came on the market. His advice on negotiating strategy was perfect. You won't go wrong with Dean; we would use him again in any home purchase.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $925K in Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA.
My wife and I worked with Dean for nearly two years trying to find just the right house in San Francisco to meet our very specific needs. We were looking in Noe/Eureka Valley and Corona Heights…very challenging areas these days. We finally found the right house. Truly, we could not have done this without Dean. Let me explain.
I am a seasoned homeowner (and remodeler), having owned 3 houses before this purchase, as well as owning commercial property. I am very analytical and will only offer for a house what I think is a rational value. Dean was able to work with me through a few offers and misses, all the while respecting my philosophy toward pricing and providing great strategic advice throughout the process. Furthermore, he always had the resources at the ready to help me evaluate properties. This was key as we were looking at many homes that required very extensive work. Foundations, garages, vertical additions, etc.
All of this experience enabled us to win the day on the right house despite it being a multiple offer situation. Dean provided us the right framework to attain the house at the right price point, and navigate my complex requirements.
I have worked with many realtors and commercial brokers over the years. Dean stands head and shoulders above them all. He is truly a pleasure and savvy person to work with.
