Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Castle Rock, CO.
I would highly recommend Dean Gary's expertise during the home buying process. He was extremely responsive in a timely manner, able to answer all questions and has excellent knowledge about a variety of neighborhoods. Dean was sensitive in listening to details of wants and made the process less stressful and more fun!

After interviewing several reputable Realtors, my husband and I selected Dean Gary and his team to assist us with selling our previous home and purchasing a new one. While many of the other Realtors we interviewed stressed their skills and past successes, Dean focused on us, our situation, and what he can do to ensure we got exactly what we were expecting from our sale and new home purchase. That first visit with Dean set the tone for our ongoing relationship in that he and his team were entirely focused on my husband and my needs. Dean is not just your 'run-of-the-mill' Realtor; he's honest, down-to-earth, and personable without sacrificing professionalism.
Although our demands were high, Dean never expressed concern in being able to get what we wanted, and his honesty and expertise - especially in pointing out areas of potential concern with a particular property - were extremely appreciated. When it came time to negotiating, Dean kept our preferences top of mind - never pressuring us - and always keeping us informed. Dean and his team made an emotional process enjoyable by going above and beyond the expectations of the average Realtor and I would highly reccomend him to anyone engaging in real estate endeavors.

Dean will work with you to list your property at it's best value based on location, condition and local comps.
He even helps you with staging your property and advises you on best selling price. We thought we should go lower and he convinced us on a higher asking price and he was right to our mutual benifit.

Bought a home in 2012.
Dean was an awesome realtor. He helped us buy a short sale approx 1 year ago. We've heard lots of horror stories regarding short sales, but Dean worked hard and was patient and got us our home.
Dean was always very helpful and always available to answer all my questions. From closing questions to home inspection to home improvement questions, Dean took the time to answer all of our questions.
Dean is very knowledgable, patient, and helpful. Dean has an exceptional understanding of the Castle Rock housing market. We'll definitely use Dean again if we sell our home.

Sold a Single Family home in 1999 for approximately $175K in Castle Rock, CO.
I've known Dean and his team for many years and he sold our home in 2 days then helped us find a perfect new home that we have lived in for over 12 years. When its time to downsize I will call Dean and know that he'll be there to help.

Very knowledgable and personable. Showed us homes knew a lot about the market and neighborhoods. Expectable service and experience with a realtor. We didn't end up relocating, but Dean is definitely the person we call and recommend when it comes to satisfying our real-estate needs!!!

Dean went far above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. His knowledge and expertise of everything, from beginning to end was impressive. In a poor real estate market, we found ourselves in a bind and needing to sell our home quickly. We were prepared to wait 3 - 6 months to sell it. Dean found a buyer for our home for our asking price in less than four weeks. We received more than what we had imagined and the transaction went very smoothly. We appreciate Dean's professionalism and ability to sell our home for a respectful price. We have been aware of Dean's abilities for about 20 years, and he certainly was the right choice in Real Estate professionals.

Dean helped in the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new home. He was always available when I called o answer questions as well as being very prompt in setting up viewings of properties I wqas interseted in seeing. He is honest and forthright. I felt very comfortable relying on his experience in the process on both the selling and buying ends. I highly recommend him and will use his services again if the need arises.
