I just closed on my first home with the help of Katie Miller from Dean Gary's team. She was wonderful! Ever since our first showing Katie walked us through every part of the home buying process way above and beyond what was required of her! She was always incredibly helpful but not pushy and was just a great sounding board! Additionally we had spoken with other realtors and we initially went with Katie because it seemed like she was both more knowledgable and more willing to look at the widest variety of properties. Katie definably lived up to our initial assessment and then some!
Katie was very responsive to every one of my requests. She never made me feel pressured and was able to get me a great deal on a home. The home I bought was a foreclosure. Katie was very knowledgeable of the process and did a great job working with the bank in what can sometimes be along and tedious process. My expereince with Dean and his team was terrific. I chose to work with the Dean Gary team because of their knowledge about the real estate market which is above all others. They are local Colorado people who live among us and know the neighborhoods and can get the buyers interested in your property. Their sell rate is phenomenal, they can even make the hardest house sale.
