Dean Uhing believes everyone should have the opportunity to own their own home. Dean defines a home as a " house we decided to love." In return, a home gives security; both personal and financial for ourselves and our families.
Dean continues to teach 3 real estate courses at the Metropolitan Community College in Omaha. He has been doing so since 1999. He shares his knowledge and actual experience with his students so that they, too, can make informed decisions about buying or selling real estate or becoming professional real estate agents themselves.
Along with existing homes, Dean enjoys working with his new construction buyers. Dean is the project manager for HOMEBUILDERS, LLC, which is part of a family building business since 1965.
Dean encourages and promotes the higher standard Energy Star homes because such homes can reduce the high cost of energy and have less a negative impact on the environment. Both of these concerns are demands of today'shomeowners.Other than his business, Dean loves his wife and enjoys taking trips, golfing, going to the theater with her; as well as, working with her to give back to family and the community.
