      Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Orlando, FL.
      They say a person is 10 times more likely to write a review of a negative experience they've had instead of a positive one. I've never written one at all, even a negative one and that's amazing considering what seems like an endless list of incompetence when it comes to my business dealings. My point is that if my first ever review is a positive one, Dean & his entire staff must have done one hell of a job. However, you don't know me so you aren't aware of how EXTREMELY hard it is to impress me so I'll just give you the facts on the timeline for my dealings with him and his team and I'll let you decide for yourself:

      Monday July 28th: I called Dean to discuss obtaining him as my realtor. He actually answered his phone which was a promising sign. I asked when would be a good time for him to come by and see the house and he suggested the next day at noon.

      Tuesday July 29th: He showed up on time and was dressed professionally and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire process. He had prepared an entire packet that was very informative showing cost analysis of similar homes in the market for my area. He asked when would be a good time for his professional photographer to come out and I suggested August 4th in order to give me time to prepare the property.

      Monday Aug 4th: The photographer showed up on time, was very friendly, professional and courteous. He did an extremely thorough job and the results were phenomenal. He had his proofs back to Dean and the listing was created and on the market by Wednesday the 6th. An open house was scheduled for Saturday the 9th.

      Saturday Aug 9th: Dean and his staff showed up on time once again for the open house which ran from noon-4pm. I got home to a verbal contract and by 8pm that night, I was signing the written contract.

      Friday Aug 29th: The house closed on the original closing date with zero issues and minimal effort on my part. Now I don't know if you've ever bought a house before but this NEVER happens.

      As for the days in between everything, his staff emailed me to introduce themselves and to share their POC info in the event I needed anything or had any questions. Once the closing was scheduled, the title company sent a similar email a few days later. All documents were put on a secure online portal which was simple to use and easy to follow. From start to finish the entire evolution took exactly 1 month. AMAZING!

      From start to finish, top to bottom, front to back, Dean Gonzalez and his associates were first class. Every dealing with him including his staff, his photographer, the home inspector for the buyer and the title company was professional and efficient. All of this came at the standard "realtor rate". With that said, you can choose some average Jo that will frustrate you and give you the typical "realtor minimums" never accomplishing your goals and leaving you pulling your hair out or you can go with the best in town and choose Dean & Company. The choice is yours. Good Luck!

      Wow!!!!....Eric I am not one to be speechless but you have got me speechless. Thank you !!!! When we first met as you have so perfectly outlined on Tuesday the 29th I knew you would be a class act to work for. I knew you were a man of your word and was looking forward to assisting you . But what I got back was more than I even expected. You and Ruth are phenomenally great people as Zee and I found out along with the buyers Maggie and Nick. When you said you were going to have the home show ready...You had the home show ready, When the inspector found an issue...You Fixed the issue. .
