Deawn-

Thank you for wanting to know more about us!

Buying a home is one of the biggest transitions in your life! Life happens, and I am here, to empathize, listen, and help accomplish you goals. I look forward in talking with you!

As an Oregon Native, I can assist you with information in several areas of Oregon. This is truly important when you are looking for an agent, it helps with knowing what to list a home for or what a good purchase price is. The benefits are just countless when truly working with an agent that has lived in the state of Oregon for an extended period of time.

I am some one you can talk to about real estate, and if I don't know an answer I will find you a resource for it, or get the answer for you! I often have found myself really enjoying helping people move from one place in life to another. I believe this comes from my true understanding of empathy. And learning to listen to others, and brainstorm. I truly enjoy helping you put a dream into plans into actions and accomplish! I am very excited to be in the world of real-estate. With the "how can we" approach, and humble honesty, Lets see what we can accomplish together!

Natasha-

Natasha wins over her client's hearts by taking the time to really listen to their needs and provide honest answers. Her goal is to deliver the best experience possible. She provides guidance every step of the way and is extremely detailed and organized. Her clients feel well informed throughout the whole real estate process.

Natasha has lived in the Greater Portland Area her entire life. She is a great resource for local information and she is very much in tune with the various neighborhoods.

In her career, she has spent many years investing in Rental property and Rehabbing & Flipping homes. She has extensive experience with short sales, foreclosures and purchasing REOs. Her clients value her investor mindset. She also has extensive knowledge of how Credit works and how to repair it. This is very helpful for clients with credit challenges so they can have the best chance at purchasing a home.

She is the agent you want on your side whether you are buying or selling. At the end of the transaction, her clients feel they have made a friend for life…and she feels the same.

Bought a home in 2013.

Meeting Deawn and working with her was an absolute pleasure. I ended up contracting with her (previous) firm solely because of my interaction with her, despite other problems I had with the agency. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, had great ideas, and was very responsive. She was a huge help in our search for a knew home and really made me feel like she cared about me and my family finding the right place for us. My only regret is that I ended up buying in another state, so I didn't have the opportunity to use her as my real estate agent. So few real estate agents are what you would hope for, which makes people like Deawn stand out so much more. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in her area.  More Less

Thank you so much Joy- I appreciate your feedback! Re-locations are a challenge, and you definitely need some one out of state you feel comfortable with talking to!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Gladstone, OR.

It's a long story; this really is the shortened version! Starting in the spring of 2012 my mother was seeking payment modifications on her mortgage. She was banking with a major bank (that will remain unnamed, and subsequently referred to as BB, or Bad Bank!) and they told her they would reduce her payments for six months. Great news! Or so she thought...at the end of the six months they sent a bill of the amount she owed, in FULL, or they would begin the foreclosure process. I am sure I will miss some of the MANY details of what happened, but basically this is what happened. The BB began the foreclosure process very quickly. My mother couldn't afford to pay back all of her "backpay" at one time, and they wouldn't accept partial payments, or help her make payments. They wanted all the money at once. My mother spent many, many hours on the phone with BB and tried to obtain a loan modification. She was denied, time and time again. Each time she would be denied she would try again and BB would request MORE PAPERWORK! Pages of it! It was just ridiculous what they were asking of her. During the time she was trying in vain for a modification the foreclosure process was still moving forward. I cannot be sure of the exact date, but I came across an advertisement featuring Deawn Seals and her company. I became so excited because I had grown up with Deawn and lost contact with her. I told my mother to CALL DEAWN right away because she could help!! It turns out that indeed she was able to help, and she connected my mother to more people who could help. Deawn, and the company she works for are AMAZING to me! I will forever be grateful to them and all the work they did to help my mom! She was able to do a Short Sale, which turned out to be the best option for her. It was so nice that someone was finally willing to help and did what they said they would do! I am very grateful that I saw the ad for Deawn that day! It came at just the right time, and was an answer to the many prayers of my mother and family. Thank you Deawn and GA (Good Agency!)  More Less
