Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Manchester, NH.
Deb was very helpful in this process. It took a little over a year to find just the right house and she was there every step of the way. She was very patience with me, working at the speed I was comfortable with and very aggressive on my behalf with other realtors and sellers. A very good balance. I was very impressed at how available and flexible her hours were to accommodate my schedule. She was always a phone call or a text message away for any questions or concerns I had. She really knows her homes and knows what real estate is worth. She does not hesitate to speak up if she thinks something is overpriced. As the buyer, can't tell you just how much I appreciated that.
