Deb Stephens was most impressive with her dedication to customer service and her
willingness to obtain answers to difficult questions involving the buyer. She was always one step ahead of whatever we asked....great communication skills in addition to knowledge of the real estate market. You really could not do any better in selecting
Deb Stephens in your search for buying and selling properties.
I am ( we, Deb and I ) still searching for a condo I would like to purchase. And I am positive we will very soon find one-:). I am SO impressed by Deb's loyalty and kindness that I could not help but write about my experience with her.
Patient, loyal, professional- are just a few words to be attributed to Deb. there should be much more! When she said " I represent you" I know she does and I totally trust her. We went through several offers and the way Deb handled the process was beyond excellent. I have tried several agents before but ....nothing to compare. I am VERY happy I met Deb and I would highly recommend her services to any friend of mine or, as a matter of fact , to anyone looking for an agent.

It has been my pleasure assisting you with your search. We will find the RIGHT property for you soon. Thank you for your trust in me and my knowledge of the market.
Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Ridgedale Park, Atlanta, GA.
Deb is on top of the market. She really worked hard to manage my expectations on what it would take to sell my property. She was very proactive in contract negotiations with the buyer and made the process easy - all the way to the closing table. This is a tough real estate market. It takes someone with knowledge, business acumen, & patience. I have and will recommend Deb to anyone looking for real estate representation as she works for the best interest of the client - not just a commission. TOP NOTCH!
I contacted Deb to help me sell a buckhead condo that I owned for about 10 years. My husband and I relocated to Virginia and were renting the condo but the rental market became difficult and my husband and I were short on time (having 2 young children & full time jobs), to deal with a long distance rental property. I had never met Deb but saw that she had recently sold a condo in my complex so I contacted her about listing ours. She was fabulous the entire way through! She went over to the property and gave us a good and thorough "punch list" of things she recommended doing and also helped us price it so that we were the best property at the best price in the complex. She was very honest with us and was not simply insisting that we fix everything as realtors often do. In fact, we were considering replacing the carpet in a bedroom and she told us to try a deep steam cleaning first and as it turned out, that saved us money. With us being out of town Deb was very helpful in meeting workers at the condo when we could not. I forget the exact # of days the condo stayed on the market but I believe it sold and closed within 3 months of going into MLS which was pretty remarkable in the market at the time (2008). Before all was said and done we had two contracts and although overall the property ended up not being a good investment due to the market changes, we were able to get out of the condo for what the market was bringing which was unfortunately not the case with alot of people. I would absolutely use Deb again if I ever owned in Atlanta again and recommend her whole heartedly without hesitation.
Deb was very helpful in the purchase of my first home. She listened to my wants came to know me and provided just that in a home. Deb was patient and very honest when looking at homes. This led me to have complete confidence in Deb with regards to having my best interest at heart. I have been in my house for a little while now and I still love it. Thank you Deb
