I am a recipient of the 2005 and 2007 New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award, & am extremely familiar with the local marketplace. Having worked through a variety of market conditions during my career, I understands how pricing and timing can make all the difference when selling a home in today's challenging real estate climate.
I am a member of RealSource Board of Realtors, and work with buyers and sellers throughout Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Sussex County; and I have established valuable long-term associations with referral agents in Rockland, Monmouth and Ocean County. Additionally, I am a skilled negotiator and hold the Accredited Buyer Designation (ABR) designation.
I recently earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. This education and training, along with a strong Social Service background, including employment as a Geriatric Care Manager, allows me to serve the 55+ community well. Whether it is locating an Active Adult Community that fits specific needs, or assisting an individual through the many stages of moving from their personal home into an assisted living or similar housing facility, I lend support, guidance, expertise, and resources throughout the entire process.
In addition to my professional responsibilities, I am an active the community, volunteering with the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation, Rebuilding Together Bergen County and the Bergen County Sheriff's Department, where I currently volunteer with the Citizen's Police Academy. In addition, I recently joined the Citizen's Emergency Response Team in Ridgewood and am in the process of being CERT certified. I am a 22 year resident of Ridgewood, and reside in the Village with my husband, George Roesch and two teenage children, Rachel & Nicholas.
I love what I do, and it shows in my enthusiasm & hard work!
