I moved out of state and then put my small condo on the market, with Deb Agliano's wise professional guidance regarding what I did and didn't need to do to make it ready to show. She suggested how to price it - but also listened to my thoughts on the topic. Her marketing was wonderful - the dedicated web site with a great video (which is how the buyer first found my property), the many, many listings including repeated postings on Craigs list, the photo in her monthly mailing, etc. And when the actual selling process got underway, she was on top of all the details. Even though I was 500 miles away, I had no worries - I knew Deb was taking care of everything. She phoned and e-mailed me to keep me informed at every step of the way. We were in a somewhat complicated situation, in that we had to sell our house in Medford quickly since we wanted to move to a different country, and, as many of you sellers might have noticed, the housing market is not exactly great these days. In short: we could not have done this without Deb! She was available around the clock and helped us with just about everything, from preparing the house for sale, the showings, emptying the house after we had an offer, anything, you name it. Throughout the whole process, she was very hands-on, and made sure that even little things (which can be very important, too) got done right.

Perhaps most importantly, she got the pricing strategy just right, in a difficult market, so the house didn't stay on the market too long. That, and the great advertising that she did attracted a lot of people in the first place.
