Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Debbie designed a story board and creative ideas to assist with renovation and updates for this older house.The structure was solid but the bathroom and kitchen area needed serious ideas for what it could look like.Debbie was also very resourceful and helpful during the buyers inspection period to call on various contractors to remediate any issues.She was on site as needed and guided the selling process to a successful close.Updates on offers,potential buyers comments and a closing schedule were prompt and professional.A very professional and knowledgeable broker that knew her market and brought several offers to the table.I would highly recommend her to anyone and would surely use her again.…More Less

All that I can say is that Debbie Huscher is a true professional. She took on the sale of my 265 year old antique house and without making unrealistic promises made me feel confident that she would have it sold in a reasonable time frame. Little did I know that she would accommplish that task in under three weeks! Since a series of brokers from several agencies had failed to sell it in the previous three years, I was astonished, to say the least.
