We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Durham, Town of Durham, CT 06422Summary:
My girlfriend and I had an unsatisfactory experience with Debbie Huscher. We were looking for a house to rent and we happened to stumble upon 395 Main St. in Durham, CT. Over the course of several email exchanges we were able to schedule a visit to the house. Being that this was my first time searching for a new home I looked at Debbie as a guide. During the visit Debbie seemed distracted, uninterested, and generally uncooperative. We submitted our application on May 14th 2012. Since then we've emailed her twice (on the 18th and on the 21st) and it is now the 23rd of May and we have yet to receive a response. Her blatant disregard for our inquiry and lack of assistance are testament to her un-professionalism and hint at a discrimination against young house-seekers. While I cannot say anything negative about her negotiation skills, local knowledge, or process expertise, this is primarily because she has not given us any chance to observe her skills in these areas.…More Less
