I would highly recommend Deb Ferrante and her team for any listing that I would ever have in the Stark County area. I actually listed 2 homes with her in March of 2011 and she sold them both within 6 months. I moved to Florida and she handled everything via the phone. One listing was around 135,000 and the other was over 300,000. The effort she put in was unmatched by any other realtor. She always returned my phone calls and took care of every little detail I asked of her. She is the best and the only realtor I would recommend. Great job Deb !
