My wife and I have used Debbie numerous times on both the buying and selling end of real estate transaction over the past 10 years. Debbie has a thorough undrstanding of the local market and she possesses very strong business acumen. She works diligently to close deals by utilizing her negotiation skills. I would highly recommend Debbie if you are looking to sell or purchase a home in the surrounding area.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Massillon, OH.

Client beware with Debbie Ferrante. I hired Debbie to represent me on the sale of my property in Northeast Ohio. During the first 30 days, she was quite responsive in getting the property listed for sale. After that first 30 days, Debbie was unresponsive. The duration from list to sale was 5 months. A majority of my phonecalls and emails to her were left unreturned throughout most of the listing period. I had moved cross country, and as such, I asked if Debbie could coordinate winterization of the empty property, she indicated she would, but never did. I was rarely notified of open houses or when potential buyers were going to be in the property. Her staff did provide updates on a infrequent basis as to the market conditions in my area, around my listing price, however it was not very valuable information. Debbie did not provide any direction regarding the contract of sale (see the other review regarding non-refundable earnest), in general buyers/sellers should be responsible for their own terms but it is expected for an agent to provide guidance. Once the closing date arrived, it was delayed 5 days at the buyers request. As a result I had asked that Debbie draft an addendum to include a per diem for future delays and concessions for the current delay, she indicated "I am preparing an addendum, for our protection..." however she did not do anything. Her classic line is "I am on it", but she does not follow through. Debbie's communication is less than acceptable for a real estate agent. Even at close, Debbie did not call/email afterwards to indicate the sale was recorded and complete. I would not recommend buyers or sellers hire Debbie Ferrante to represent them.

Hello Brad, I am sorry that you feel this way, we worked hard to sell the unit and received top dollar for the area. The highest recent sale in the complex. In addition, we made sure the carpets were cleaned at no expense to you, we checked the unit regular and worked with Property Management with changing lock boxes so they could get in and I am still following through on items. The showing desk logs were coming to you directly. If I felt for any reason this was not going to close I would have notified you immediately, the delay unfortunately was due to the buyer being in the hospital as we both know and it was delayed over a weekend. I am sorry that you felt this way, and I wish you the best in your new location.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Canton, OH

Debbie's agency represented us as the buyer for a transaction and they failed to alert us to the fact that the downpayment deposit that we placed on the sale of a home was in fact a non-refundable earnest payment given to the seller. Ms. Ferrante's agency failed to represent the contracted buyer to the best of their ability.

Showed home in 2012 in Greensburg, Green, OH 44720.

We were relocating from another state and I contacted Debbie via phone about a rental property that she had listed, my husband went to view the property and at the same time Debbie had her assistant also showing the same property and turned it into who was the highest bidder would get the property. Now said property is back on the market shortly after she gave it to the other person. She gave us the run around and made our first expirence with canton remax realtors a very bad one. Now that we have been able to learn the area and are looking to purchase, we will not purchase a home that Debbie or her assistant Gretchen has listed.

We are responding to this review because we are uncertain of the who you are or the unit you wanted. . Rental prices we handle are set. What makes a difference in these rentals is the 1) Credit and background check. Have there been any prior evictions of the prospective renters 2) Time of the Lease, meaning is it 6,8 or 12 months and when tenant needs possession 3) Are there pets to consider. It is our job to get the best market value for our sellers/owners of property with a quality tenant. Rental demand in Stark County is high with quality of inventory very low. Time is of the essence. I am sorry it did not work or that you responded in this way, but it had nothing to do with a bidding war, it was credit check and availability

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Massillon, OH.

Having used Debbie to buy and sell our last two houses, I can honestly state you will not find a more dedicated, hard-working professional in the real estate business! Her constant communication and follow-up coupled with sound negiogating skills will ensure the "deal gets done'! Her dedication to customer service is impressive. The last house we purchased came on the market in the morning of New Years Eve Day and we were in the housing viewing it that afternoon........talk about PROMPT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm not sure when this girl sleeps, but it is reassuring to know that I have an excellent resource for all my real estate needs! Debbie rates an A+++ in my book!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in East Canton, OH.

I would highly recommend Deb Ferrante and her team for any listing that I would ever have in the Stark County area. I actually listed 2 homes with her in March of 2011 and she sold them both within 6 months. I moved to Florida and she handled everything via the phone. One listing was around 135,000 and the other was over 300,000. The effort she put in was unmatched by any other realtor. She always returned my phone calls and took care of every little detail I asked of her. She is the best and the only realtor I would recommend. Great job Deb !

Thanks Gary Miller, Naples Florida

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Canal Fulton, OH.

Debbie is very good at negotiating and finding ways to put deals together, I have referred several people to her and they were happy also, however sometimes her return calls sometimes take longer because of the volume she handles, but she has always worked well on my behalf. She has listed two homes and sold both for us along with buying two.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $425K in Massillon, OH.

I felt a dedication from Debbie and her team unsurpassed in the industry. Debbie was always available and committed to maximizing our sale price. I often reccommend Debbie and her team. Our move was quite emotional as we had built the house ourselves, so naturally we thought the house was priceless! Debbie and her team helped us to better understand the real estate process and to focus on what the seller would want in a house and not what we thought was important. At the time we had put our house up, the market was just starting to take a downturn. Debbie helped to maximize the value of our home by offering open houses, video tours and one on one showings that allowed us emphasize the best features of our home.

You won't be disappointed with Debbie as your agent!!! She was AMAZING to work with when we sold and bought a home. She is in the top of her field and stays up to date with everything in the real estate world to make your life easier. I couldn't have asked for a better agent, as she does what it takes to get you your dream home or to get your current home sold!!!! Highly recommend!
