looks like house was just sold in June and county hasnt updated records with new buyers name yet

you cant ... you can submit a new one if your the home owner .. or go to the clark county webside they have pictures and the year it was taken is below the picture

i understand what you are saying cause my house is the same ... zillow only does a comparism of what has sold in that area if you click on my estimate you can put in all the upgrades and get a true value of the home .. that is what i would suggest
