Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Cincinnati, OH.
Although I have dreaded the "house hunting" experience in the past, Debbie made it thoroughly joyful. She was incredibly knowledgable on the market, location, and amenities. She was always positive, insightful, and humorous. When we had questions, she helped us get the answers quickly and she also took the time to explain the process thoroughly, as my husband hadn't bought a house in many years. We love our new home, and we'll tell everyone to go with Debbie to find their right match!

Bought a home in 2012.
Debbie Long has been professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout our house search. We were first time home buyers and very picky! It took us a long time to finally decide on a location and she helped us find the perfect fit! She was happy to explain the process to us and she was there for us whenever we needed her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in West Chester, OH.
As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of help. Debbie was very patient with me which I appreciated. She is straightforward and points out things that a buyer may not think of. She was also available to view homes on short notice. Debbie is honest and will not steer you in a direction that you do not want to go in.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $200K in Middletown, OH.
Debbie has worked with us both as a buyer's and seller's agent on three homes. She is absolutely phonemonal to work with and I recommend her (and Keller Williams) to everyone I know. Debbie sold our last home in just three months for 95% of the list price in a very depressed market and helped us negotiate a fair price on our replacement home.

I'm currently working with Debbie on buying my first home - and couldn't be any more pleased. As I looked at homes, she was as honest as they come - giving me the insight of a real estate agent, the patience of a parent and the opinion of a friend! Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Cincinnati, OH.
Debbie was one of the most professional people to work with.We listed our house with another agent and it did not work out. Debbie listed our house and was bringing in showings from several buyers. She spread the word to get our home sold. Very Savy agent! Thinks outside the box rather than in and we will use her forever!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Newport, KY.
I have worked with Debbie twice now, once as a buyer and once as a seller and each experience has been excellent. She is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. She sold my house in 2 days and completed a thorough examination prior to placing on the market. This ensured that the house was in the best condition to show and sell quickly. Throughout my relationship with Debbie I have raised serious questions and concern and she always manages to find a resolution and to provide appropriate feedback. Debbie has even entertained questions of mine that didn’t pertain to a listing that she was involved in. I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in West Chester, OH.
Debbie gave up her Sunday to list the home after I called her on Saturday evening. Prompt, professional and very informative on the proper methods to photograph the property and show the home. I highly suggest her as a Realtor and look forward to her finding us our dream farm!
