Sold a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $775K in Western Addition, San Francisco, CA.
Sometimes I worry Deborah doesn't sleep enough, she is so responsive and supportive it doesn't seem possible. She was so helpful when I bought my first condo in the city, I reached out to her when I was ready to put it back on the market. She has a great sense of the market and comps in the neighborhood. She was great at listening to my needs and what I was looking for, and helped me problem solve for a appropriate solutions. She has an eye for detail and is very thorough. A great example of this was when she organized a meeting with the notary at my condo in between work, and a social function. The notary arrived wearing heels that would potentially mark the floor, ever protective of the sale agreement she very politely asked her to remove her shoes. Were I not moving out of the city, I would definitely work with Deborah again.
Sold a Multi Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.625M in Potrero Hill, San Francisco, CA.
Deborah and Christian are really great. What more can I say...They are professional, proficient, and fun - all at the same time. They know the market, the processes, and the right people to connect you with in order to get the home you are looking for. I found this closing process to be one of the best from all the homes we have closed. Deborah is super-responsive. I found it surprising, the rate at which Deborah would return my emails - my many, many emails, even late at night. I always felt she was right there, listening to our needs. She had good intuition of the type of properties that would work for us - and she was very good about taking me to the properties I wanted to see (because you never know...) I also found both Deborah and Christian to be sensitive and accommodating to our needs as a young family with a toddler. Many times Christian watched over and played with my son as I looked at homes - and parking was tough during open houses. It was all those little things - the way they were both so sensitive to our personal needs that made a big difference in the amount of trust and confidence I had in them. Deborah produced our paperwork under tight timelines accommodating our busy schedules (often one or us out of town) and really worked hard to make the process smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend Deborah and Christian, and I look forward to working with them again!
Bought a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $975K in Mission, San Francisco, CA.
We recently worked with Deborah to purchase our first condo in San Francisco. From start to finish, we had a great experience with her. She took the time to explain the home buying process in detail and always patiently listened to our questions and concerns as first time home buyers. She provided honest feedback about prices, neighborhoods, and particular properties we viewed, but never pushed us to make an offer on a house that we weren't completely comfortable with. Also, Deborah was incredibly responsive and always available both by e-mail and by phone and often responded within a few minutes. During our entire home search, Deborah was able to make it to every open house we wanted to go to and adjust to our schedule without exception. In the end, Deborah's extensive experience and excellent relationships with the other agents in the area helped us land our dream home and we would love to work with her again.
Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.775M in Bernal Heights, San Francisco, CA.
Buying a home in San Francisco can be a daunting proposition, especially for first time buyers like my wife and me. From the moment we met Deborah we knew that we had found the right person to help us navigate the process. She has an incredible depth of knowledge about the real estate market in San Francisco, and this proved invaluable time and time again. If you’re new to the city her local knowledge will be an enormous asset in finding the right neighborhood; if you’re a long-time resident you’re bound to learn something new about what it’s like to own property here. She also has an amazing network and was able to get us into a lot of places before they were listed. She was quick to give us candid advice on properties and we never felt any pressure to bid on something that didn’t feel like a great fit. When it came time to close on our house, she did an amazing job of helping us manage the dizzying array of paperwork and the various underwriters, title companies, lenders, insurers and notaries required to make the transaction happen. She made herself available 24/7 through phone, email and text throughout the entire process, and on the rare occasion she couldn’t meet up with us at a specific time Christian was there to provide a seamless backup. If you’re considering working with Deborah, I can say unreservedly that you should just call her up right now and make it happen.
Bought a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $775K in Central Sunset, San Francisco, CA.
My husband and I have just moved to the country and we had no idea how to purchase a property in San Francisco and it is a very difficult market to start with. We are lucky to work with Deborah. She is very knowledgeable regarding SF properties e.g. giving great advice on which neighborhood we should consider and pros and cons of a specific property etc. Deborah is amazingly efficient. Any questions we have, she will come back with answers almost immediately. Some of our offer documents need to be done in the evening, and she is always there to support and working late hours to have things done.
Most important of all, I think Deborah dose care about us and provide suggestions from our point of view. For us, she is not any agent but a friend who gives the best, honest and realistic advice. I would strongly recommend her!
Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Diamond Heights, San Francisco, CA.
Deborah was assigned to me via my company's relocation program and came very highly recommended, and she totally exceeded my expectations. This is the fourth property I have bought and I would say her experience and skills far surpass any Realtor I have worked with in the past. Most importantly, it is obvious that she really had my best interest at heart. She took her time in really understanding me and my likes and dislikes, was patient, and most of all was strategic in her approach in finding and getting the home that is perfect for me. Despite how competitive the San Francisco real estate market is, she got me an amazing property in the city at the perfect price. I want to buy more properties just so that I can work with her again!!
Bought a home in 2014 in Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA 94114.
Deborah represented me as a seller and buyer. As a seller, she helped me sold my condo for $210K over asking for a tri-level condo, in a busy, not desirable street in just 9 days. As a buyer, she helped me purchase a brand new top floor condo, at less than asking price (which is never heard of, in this fiercely competitive market.) She and Christian are the hardest Realtor I've ever worked it in san francisco. There hasn't been a time when I text or email her (before, or after we've closed both transactions that she hasn't gotten back to me within a few hours, if not immediately.)
Deborah's negotiating skills, and her brand name, are crucial to both transactions.
In this highly competitive market, if you want to buy something, you want to work with an agent who they've worked with before, or heard of based on their reputation (she ranked #1 @ Zephyr in Q1 of 2014.) This could mean the difference of getting top dollars for the home you want to sell or getting your offer accepted right away vs rejected or ignored over other offers.
Sold a home in 2014 in South of Market, San Francisco, CA 94107.
Deborah is a fabulous realtor in all respects. She is accountable, responsible, prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, and most of all, a joy to work with. She puts in the extra effort to accommodate all of your needs, working closely with you at your pace every step of the way until you are happily settled in your new home. I highly recommend Deborah. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!
If you are looking for an agent to sell your property or buy a property in San Francisco, consider working with Deborah Nguyen!
I was referred to Deborah thru a colleague who successfully bought a property in the city with her help. I interviewed a few agents at the same time but realized Deborah was the right fit since the first time I talked to her. She is very knowledgable about the competitive market in SF and does a thorough assessment of your situation, possibilities and needs. I was very impressed how much she knew about every single property once we started our search. She has bought or sold them many times before!
Deborah gives you the facts about home buying in SF and while helps you make decisions, she doesn't make decisions for you. She understands this is tough process especially when it comes to making offers and respects the clients' emotions! Basically she makes this a lot easier for you and goes thru all this with you very professionally! I HIGHLY recommend working with her and would work with her again and again with no reservations.
