Debra Chadwick is knowledgeable and helpful about the process and nuances of buying and selling a house. She is aimed entirely at matching people and families to the right house and environment for their circumstances. Her communication and people skills are an asset as a selling or a buying agent. Debra Chadwick was my selling agent in 2009 and successfully negotiated the sale of my house in tough times. I often find myself talking fondly of her as a person. Many of our friends recommended Deb to us before we moved to Cary from Boston. We came to Cary with a tight time line, huge wish list and needed to find a house immediatly.
