Debra Whaley is the best realtor we have ever encountered in our almost 69 and 78 years! She was the best advocate any client could ever wish for. Her professionalism, class and ability to turn negative into positive is unrivaled. We highly and unequivocally suggest Debra Whaley to anyone who is lucky enough to be in the area in which she works. Then you can be on our team, 100% satisfied; and you will either find the house of your dreams or you will sell your house no matter what the economy is! This comment goes for her husband, Bill, and entire staff as well. Always 100% present, willing to go above and beyond always, to take care of all your needs!

My wife and I selected Deb as our realtor after carefully screening several other high profile agents. Her personality has a perfect mixture of the sensitivity needed for such a hard emotional time and the aggressiveness needed to sell, negotiate and close a deal. Her assistant Sherry is totally awesome! The team approach used by their office is very impressive and you are always in touch with someone. We were kept well informed and they listened to our needs and had solutions to all of our problems. Overall they are an excellent team and Deborah's professionalism is very hard to beat. I not only used her to sell our prior home but also to buy our new home. Now working with her to purchase investment real estate. We will not change realtors, we will be loyal to her as long as she continues to provide such excellent service!

Bought a home in 2012.
Debra was very helpful and had many homes for us to look at. Not only the ones we told her we were interested in but planned out a route for us to see many others. She took into consideration everything from our price range to our drive time to work. And , as we all have busy schedules, she had Bill help us look the couple of times we called to look at specific houses we found on short notice but that was only once or twice. So even if she was helping another customer, we still had a way to get our agenda accomplished. Debra was a very caring and hard working realtor for us and was fun thoughout the process. She made it feel like we were working with a good friend. It was a pleasure to work with her! We contacted her on February 12 and had our home closing on March 7!

I can not say enough great things about Debra Whaley. She sold our home in a very slow market and is going above and beyond to get us an amazing deal on a short sale. Debra is honest, trustworthy, respectful, high energy, has a great eye for detail, quick to respond to any questions I have and above all brilliant at being a realtor! I have recommended Debra Whaley to everyone I know and would do it all again with her!

In my past I've had 8 homes to buy or sell. The last 3
with Debra and her team. WOW, What a difference! Debra is beyond agent as a title.
Her knowledge and expertise allows you to understand she works for your best
interest always! I've NEVER seen an individual work with such multi-tasking ability.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Debra Whaley as my realtor. She went far beyond my expectations and got my house sold even faster than I expected in this tough market. I mean she leaves no stone unturned when it comes to providing service for her clients! Plus she was energetic, attentive, very pleasant to work with and she knows the real estate business backward and forward. A true professional but with the feel of a good friend. As long as she is in the business, I can't imagine working with anyone else.
