They are still vultures and market the option arm product like sleeze bags. Luring people in with low teaser rates. I don't know how many people who I've talked to who have done loans with them that didn't understand how their product works.

Why don't you split your paycheck with me. If you have time to puke insults on my industry then you should be able to cough up a little extra dough. This forum is for questions not 6 year old tantrums. Real Estate agents earn their money. You are not stupid, just ignorant to the process. Anyone that wont represent their own interest certainly wont represent yours. It's not too tough people.

They still suck, they prey on peoples ignorance. I don't know how many people I have had to refi out of the crappy products they push. They are car salesman not trusted advisors. Take a look at the bulk of their advertising. It's not to hard to figure out.
