There is no real estate agent better than Debbie. she was a warrior for us in both transactions. I am telling everyone I know about her professionalism and her advocacy for her clients. We would not have our beautiful house with another agent. They would have given up on getting this deal done. Debbie never did. I cannot say enough good things about her and her team.

Sold a home in 2011.
Debbie Welch has been my realtor for years. She has represented us as both seller and buyer. Aside from her professional knowledge, she has worked hard to find us just the right property at the right price. When we were ready to purchase, she was patient and willing to show us any house we expressed an interest in. Debbie recently negotiated a purchase of a historic property for us and she was extremely helpful in dealing with the historic easements. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

Absolutely wonderful to work with, she helped us to purchase our home and we love her.
She is analytical, tenacious, focused, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. She works with exceptional professionals for inspections, closing and repairs. I can't imagine a more professional, informed or conscientious person in any profession. You know you are in the best hands when you are working with Debbie Welch, there is never a moments doubt!

Debbie's years of experience and knowledge of the Richmond area are apparent. She helped us through two purchases, sales, and now manages a rental property for us. She is always intensely focused on what is best for us in each transaction, regardless of convenience or level of compensation for herself (meaning whether it is a large or small transaction, and whether the commission is shared or not).
