Bought a home in 2010.
Denise was excellent. She listened to my needs and was able to help me navigate the market easily and quickly. She is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of mid-Missouri due to her many years of raising her family and working in real estate here. She was extremely quick to reply to any and all questions I had no matter how big or small and even items that were not directly related to the actual purchase of the home. She introduced me to many connections she had for lenders, contractors, etc. She knows and can tell you who you can trust in the area for what you need. She is an excellent negotiator and works hard to get you exactly what you want. She doesn't back down and gets the job done right due to her commitment to her clients. I have been in my home for a year this month and am so happy with my home. She has always been able to answer my questions about other house related questions after the sale as well. Denise was very helpful, very knowledgeable of Columbia and many surrounding cities. She was such a pleasure to speak with and work with, always willing to help and show as many houses as we wanted!
