Denise Sassaman

Denise Sassaman is a licensed Associate Broker for the state of New Hampshire and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, NH Association of Realtors and the Strafford County Board of Realtors.

Denise combines her extensive real estate expertise, extraordinary service to clients and high energy to meet buyers and sellers needs for all aspects of a sale. Denise uses her business marketing background to work with sellers to show their property in the best possible light and market their property to secure the right buyer at the right price.

Because of Denise’s detailed knowledge of the area’s real estate opportunities and her own travel experiences, Denise enjoys working with families relocating to the area to share her passion about the local communities, the Seacoast region and helping her buyers enjoy an exceptional home buying experience from start to finish.

Denise moved to the Seacoast area in August 2000 with her family after living abroad for two years in Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to New Zealand she lived in Colorado, Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Denise’s career prior to real estate was in business development/marketing for Encore Media, America Online and Pillsbury.

Denise lives in Durham, New Hampshire with her two young children, Emma and Trevor where she is involved in school and community activities, enjoys the outdoor activities the Seacoast offers and is a volunteer with the Mill Pond Center for the Arts in Durham.
