I've worked with Denise on three seperate real estate transactions, and cannot say enough good things about her. Simply put, if you choose Denise, you'll be made to feel like you're her only client. Patient and understanding, she never pushes you to make a decision - and I should know, as I'm pretty sure she showed me more than a dozen homes before I made my decision. As a seller's agent, she did a phenomenal job of showcasing my home and getting the price I wanted. As a buyer's agent, she listened to my needs and had the patience to arrange last minute viewings of properties around my busy schedule - including weekends. We were dreading putting our house on the market! But Denise streamlined the process as much as possible and, even in this difficult time, sold our house within three months. She was incredibly helpful--telling us exactly what we needed to do to get our house "market ready--and she even helped w/ cleaning out closets, staging, and bringing in an interior designer to create a more attractive look. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Durham, NH.Summary:
I have had the pleasure of working with Denise a number of times over the last 6 years and, most recently, in May 2010. She has, each time, demonstrated the ability to be astutely aware of the local market, be analytic in her appraisal of each potential deal, and keep me rapidly informed as each step of the purchase process unfolded. She was always available by phone or e-mail and it was never more than a few hours before I heard back from her. In addition, to her credit, she is extremely detail oriented and has a good working relationship with a range of associated fields (i.e., home inspectors, contractors) that can be quickly needed when buying or selling a home.
