"When will we get to see you again?" is the question most asked by my customers after they have used my services in a real estate transaction. They know that, as past clients of mine, they become part of a comprehensive and unique on-going customer service program. They get assistance with housewarming parties, monthly mailers with very timely and useful bits of information, assistance in finding contractors to do work for them, access to me for any real estate questions they may have, and an annual market analysis of their home so that they can know how much value it has gained. To this end, I also maintain a comprehensive network of other real estate agents all around the United States and Canada who think like myself. Groups of us actually meet on a regular basis and share ideas on how to improve our level of service and skill.
