Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Richmond, VA.

Dennis helped us buy a home and sell our home. He was very quick at getting us into homes to look at and very patient until we found the perfect house! He also walked through our old house and helped us get it ready to sell! And after 8 showings in 5 days-we got our asking price!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Glen Allen, VA.

From the beginning of our relationship with Dennis, an elementary school friend who I'd reconnected with thanks to Facebook, we sensed that this wasn't the "normal" way of doing things. It started with a rather tentative comment ("I saw on Facebook you're looking, not being pushy, just letting you know I'm out there..."), and continued with him driving over an hour to meet us since we were moving from out of town & were trying to house hunt long distance while my husband kept his military commitments. When he did not push us to immediately sign a contract for a buyer's agent, but instead allowed us to take our time to be sure we were comfortable, the level of trust was immediately taken to a new level.

Thanks to my husband's active duty status in the military & many moves over the years, we were rather unique homebuyers, in that we're empty nesters looking to buy our first home, which will also be our forever home. So imagine starter home mentality with forever home wants, needs and general pickiness, and you'll get an idea of what Dennis was dealing with. We didn't always make it easy, that's for sure!

I'd be lying if I said this was an easy, smooth transaction, or that there weren't tense moments. There were - oh, there definitely were - but they weren't Dennis' doing. Health issues, long distance negotiations, complicated title issues on the seller's part, they were all present during the process. But Dennis continued to plow forward, in spite of our first-time jitters. In the end, what we've ended up with is nothing less than the forever home of our dreams.

Dennis' Christian faith comes through in his dealings, not in an over-the-top, preachy standpoint, but through his integrity. We felt confident that when he shared wisdom, whether regarding our mortgage officer, a home inspector, a contractor, what have you, that we could genuinely trust these individuals, not because Dennis would receive some sort of kickback, but because these were the upstanding types of people who you actually want to surround yourself with at the end of the day.

I would definitely recommend Dennis for others' real estate needs!

Bought a home in 2014.

Dennis was amazing from day one! My husband and I were first time home buyers and Dennis helped us through every step of the way. He made us feel as like his number one priority and was willing to work with our schedule. When we found our dream home he was at our house at 10pm to get our offer in.
