Jay Myers' approach to selling our home was thorough and professional. He did not insist we make a ton of cosmetic changes in order to make the job of selling our home easier for him. Jay was available and helpful when we had to go out of town, checking on the house for us and making sure it was show-ready in our absence. Jay is a very knowledgeable realtor, and he had a keen, very focused insight about what our home should sell for, regardless of what was occurring with sale prices in our neighborhood at the time. During offers and negotiations we did not feel pressured to accept lower offers or to slash the price of our home if things were slow. Jay was very easy to work with. With a relaxed attitude that made you feel at ease not rushed so you could take time to talk and ask questions. We really liked that very much. He showed us the kind of house (size and location,etc.) we wanted and didn't try to over sell a bigger house to us. He was very informative and answered all our questions and some we didn't think to ask. We just enjoyed working with him all around.
