Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Kenmore, WA.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Seward Park, Seattle, WA.

Without Derek, there is no way my wife and I would have slipped into our house before the market blew up in March, 2014. We are both self-employed and have since turned this little fixer-upper into a home + 2 flourishing businesses. 3-bedroom house in Seward park for $242,000. If Derek hadn't sat down with us and said, "this is your house! If you're not ready, that's fine, but we won't find another this suited to you at this price."
