I work with out-of-town, sophisticated, Buyers looking all over San Diego, but mainly in upscale areas, i.e. , La Jolla and Del Mar, the beaches, downtown condos, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, Point Loma, or Carmel Valley. These discriminating Buyers have confidence in me, I''m their age and I''ve been doing this a long time. They instinctively trust me. Our association makes them confident in their decisions, they feel like they''re in good hands, we enjoy each others company, they expect and get prompt, candid answers, but, mostly I''m there, always there.
