Sold a home in 2001.
I knew of Heide from her involvement in our Oakhurst community. She has sponsorned an Easter Egg Hunt for the children of our neighborhood since befored I had a child. My son is now 13 years old and her hunt is still a fun annual event in the neighborhood. Sadly, when my mother pasted away, I really couldn't think of anyone else I'd trust. We wanted to sell her condo. I reached out to Heide explained the situation. Emotionally, I didn't want to be involved very much in the process. Heide jumped in like the true friend she has become. She staged my mothers condo beautifuly and within a month it was sold for a very nice price. The process was completely painless. Heide is a true professional and has become an amazing friend. Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $500K in Aurora, IL.
Heide Fralic is a rare breed -- she's a realtor who TRULY wants to find the perfect home for your family. We were unfamiliar with our new area and really struggling with the change. We probably looked at 100 homes over the course of a few months. Heide was patient and supportive and never gave up on us. She maintained her enthusiasm and work ethic throughout the whole process until we found our perfect house. She then negotiated in a fair and honest way under some slightly unusual circumstances.
That was six years ago, and today, we love our house, we love our neighborhood, and we still count on Heide to answer all our questions about real estate, because she's such a pro.
