Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Springville, UT.
This was our first home-buying experience. Devin was very patient with our constant questions and informative about the process. I felt like he always had our best interest in mind and wasn't trying to push anything on us. He is a hard worker with a can-do attitude. We are happy with our new home!

We had a great experience with Devin Haub! He keeps up to date on industry knowledge, grants, for both national and local offers for individuals trying to get into a home or investment property. He helped keep the process moving fast and on time. He communicated really well with us and the lenders through the whole process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Provo, UT.
Devin will work tirelessly to find you the right home. He asked us about our preferences, and within those first few days, he found us a gorgeous home in a wonderful neighborhood. As we prepared to close on the home, he worked with us to make sure everything was going well. He even took the time to make sure our financing was going well and if we were interested in comparing rates with some other local lenders. Throughout the entire process, Devin gave us great tips and advice. Devin was right there with us the whole time, and we were very thankful to have Devin working with us to find the right home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Saint George, UT.
devin was great he helped me with exactly what i needed. He did not suggest anything ridiculous when i was looking. I tried another realtor and it seemed that i was at a used car dealership being sold an undercoating. I new what i was looking for and he gave me what i wanted and made suggestions as to good investments and things i needed to watch for when buying a home. I would and do recommend him to my friends and family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Tehachapi, CA.
Devin Haub is very knowledgable when it come to explaining all the jargin that goes along with the process of buying a house and with all the paperwork needed. He is also very good at negotiating the best price for his clients but does it in a nice friendly professional manner. He made sure to get us the best one year homeowner insurance available at the time of our purchase with no extra money coming out of our pocket. He was also very effecient with timelines and staying on our lenders to close quickly. He even helped get us our earnest money back by making sure everything was complete before the deadline. We were able to find a house, buy it and close within 30 days. We are very happy with our house and the knowledge we learned from Devin's genuine guidence and expertise.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Alpine, UT.
A few things to note about Devin. He was the seller's agent for a property we were looking at (one we did not ultimately end up purchasing). He offered to serve as buyer's agent for us.
He was knowledgeable about the property we were initially looking at, including an understanding of the property's history and use. In large part due to his enthusiasm (without being pushy) and a real passion for understanding property, we accepted his offer.
Ultimately, Devin showed us a dozen or so homes; we settled on a house in Alpine, for which we were able to pay much less than we were expecting.
Overall, I was pleased with Devin's honest, low-pressure approach to real estate. Unlike some real estate brokers and agents we dealt with, he was always knowledgeable, and treated his work as a professional (not as a sideline or money-grab). I've referred several family members to Devin, and will work with him again when we acquire our next property

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Orem, UT.
Mr. Haub helped us find our home, he made the entire process go very smooth. I highly recommend him to anyone buying a house. He is friendly and driven to find the right home for you and your family.

Bought a home in 2011.
Devin helped my husband and I find our dream home in Utah. He was very attentive and spent a great deal of time showing us properties until we found the perfect home. He was great to communicate with and answered all our questions completely and thoroughly. If he wasn't sure of the answer to one of our questions, he went to the appropriate person and got an answer for us in a more than timely manner. We live in California and Devin made the process seamless despite us living out of state. We will definitely recommend him to any of our friends should they need a realtor's services.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Salt Lake City, UT.
Devin did a great job in every aspect of this real estate experience. During acquisition he was knowledgeable in the area property values, and was aggressive in working with the seller. As we proceeded to sell the property, Devin was very responsive with us as the sellers, and bent over backwards to help the buyers navigate through their issues. Great agent.
