Sold a home in 2010.
Over the last 10 years Diana has helped me buy and sell numerous properties. I have continued to use her highly skilled service for one main reason -- I know she always has MY best interest at heart! She protects my position in every sales contract and gives sound advice to make sure I make the best decisions possible regarding price, neighborhood, condition of a home, etc. Her expertise in today's difficult market is unparalleled as is her integrity!

Bought a Single Family home in 2006 in Winter Springs, FL.
Diana is attentive and responsive to her client's needs. She was patient and explained every step of the process. She helped me find the right property at the right price. We looked at homes in Oviedo and in Winter Springs.
It took a couple of months to find the right home, but she was always ready with new ideas, listings and time to visit prospective properties. Once we submitted the offer, she stayed on top of things to make sure no details were overlooked. Top notch attention to detail, personality and integrity.
I would definitely recommend her to others !

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Longwood, FL.
Diana was very aggressive at finding the right buyer. My neighborhoods bylaws made it very difficult for Diana to get her buyers into the house. She jumped through hoops, and never took her eye off the main goal, which was to sell our home.

Diana was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect house to fit our budget and needs. Diana took the time to explain to us our options and was honest throughout the process. Diana was very patient, which allowed us not to feel pressured and feel comfortable with our decision. I would highly recommend Diana and will use her again in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Deltona, FL.
Caring, personable, hard worker, experienced & very knowledgeable!
She helped me purchase my 1st home. I referred 2 of my friends/coworkers who were very pleased as she helped them find homes.
Then after my sisters house wasn't selling w/ a different agent, I referred them to Diana who sold their home in just a couple of months in this tight market! She's excellent.

As a first time home buyer, I can tell you that the world of real estate is very intimidating. That is why I would recommend Diana to anyone interested in property, whether first time, long time, etc etc. Personally, she's great to get a long with, and you know her interest is in you, and some commission. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and is willing to answer any question you may have.
After I bought my house, I had a home insurance scare where I thought I was dropped. Diana was able to point me in the right directions, and contact my title company and insurance company to make sure everything is in order. I will definitely be using her again for my next home sale/purchase!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Colonialtown North, Orlando, FL.
I cannot even begin to describe how grateful we are for the amount of work Diana did in helping us short sell our home. It was a very emotional and trying time for us, not to mention stressful. Diana knows her stuff! She worked tirelessly with the bank, the attorney and the other realtor to keep our deal together. She even negotiated with the bank on our behalf. I don't know what we would have done without her counsel- she knew just how to handle each step of the long process. Her patience was endless. By keeping us updated throughout the entire ordeal, we knew what to expect and were not overly frustrated. (I should note here that the BANK was the source of our frustration because they took months to decide on our deal.) I know for certain that if we had not had Diana working for us and with us that the buyer would have walked away before it was done and we would have had to start all over. Thank you Diana for all that you did for us. We highly recommend you to anyone wishing to sell or buy in Central Florida.
