Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Kenosha, WI.
Diana was a wondeful realtor. You could tell that she only had our best interests at heart. She was readily available whenever we needed her for either the sale of our house or the purchase our our new home as we used her for both. She is an extremely knowledgeable realtor and navigated the buying & selling processes flawlessly and worked hard to get us the best deals possible on both our sale and purchase. We were pleased that she always deferred to our opinions, and yet still gave her professional opinion to inform us based on the situation. We were able to sell and buy a new house in under one month through the use of Diana and 1 month realty. I think what any person wants from the real estate professional helping them when looking for a home is that the real estate professional really listens to their needs. Diana went out of her way to really find a great match for me in my process and even held off other potential offers because she took the time to get to know me and my needs and knew the property was the right fit. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Kenosha, WI.
We had Diana help us when it was unlikey for her to earn any money as it was a short sale and we needed time as we were being foreclosed on. Diana showed expertise, concern, and care.
