Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Geneseo, IL.
I had heard about Diana via my lawyer. I inherited my Dad's house in Geneseo and because I was living in Texas, I needed someone who would look after the sale and help me set up details. Diana recommended someone who could do the lawn maintenance and snow removal. She would pop by the property and make sure all was well. She sent me emails on progress and made well researched, professional recommendations. I actually didn't worry about a thing. We loved working with Diana, she was able to help us find the house of our dreams. She took the time, showing us many house till we found the RIGHT one for us and our needs. Also, helped us to sell the house that we had. Was wonderful at helping us see things that we needed to do and not do to get our house sold. Bought a home in 2012.
Diana was very great about dinding us our new home and always avaialble for communication. I would recommend her to anyone! She knew all the right places, people, and resources to make everything go smoothly.
