Diana has an intimate knowledge of the planning board laws and the regulations of Weston. This level understanding is so important if you are buying or selling. She knows Weston history, neighborhoods, and schools. She was always in contact with me (this was a long distance sale) giving me immediate feedback, answering questions and helping process the potential buyers thoughts. She gave insightful information leading the process to a successful sale. I never felt pushed but rather informed and supported in my decisions. She was respectful of all parties and of the property she was representing. After interview three other agents I choose Diana and was so pleased with her professional skills.
