Diane was a HUGE asset in helping me identify and purchase my dream vacation rental property in Scottsdale. As an out-of state buyer, I relied heavily on Diane's expert understanding of the market to help me become more familiar with the various neighborhoods, refine my search criteria, and structure a strong offer when I found the home I wanted. I was especially impressed with Diane's responsiveness, easy going professionalism and informative insight throughout. And her personal attention didn't stop at closing. She stayed actively engaged in the weeks that followed to ensure the Seller followed through on outstanding commitments and interceded on my behalf when issues arose. Diane made my home search and purchase much easier and way more enjoyable than I could have ever anticipated!

We found Diane on Zillow after dealing with 2 other non-responsive realtors. Diane was on our search right away with was especially helpful to us as we're expecting our first child any day now. She always made us feel as if we were her most important clients & fit in viewings at our convenience, not hers. She was very responsive via email, text & phone calls. Our price point was limited yet she never made us feel as if our business was less important to her than someone else looking for a house in a range that was double or triple what we were looking at. She is a fantastic realtor & consultant & we HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!!!!

Diane is an amazing realtor. I was driving around the neighborhood I wanted to buy in, calling on the properties I thought I might like when I found myself in touch with Diane, we hit it off right away. She listened to me, she took in account that I wanted to stay in a particular area and she knew just by looking at a property whether or not it was for us. Diane is patient, personable, and very knowledgeable. More often than not when trying to buy a home you get a realtor who sends you properties you are not interested in, or they don't listen to what it is you want and will try to talk you into something else in an attempt to make some money. That is NOT what you will experience with Diane. The way the market is going we had to move very quickly, Diane was willing to show us anything at any time, she would commute all the way to the west side, sometimes after showing properties on the opposite side of town. She has a very professional, positive attitude, and my fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. There were a few times I was worried that our lender wasn’t going to be able to close on time and Diane handled the entire situation for me, she stayed on top of the lender to ensure timely closure. She scheduled all of the inspections and walked us through the entire process step by step. I felt completely comfortable and confident in her ability to get us what we wanted.

Diane has become a friend and we couldn't be more grateful to her for finding us the perfect home for our family! I will recommend Diane to anyone interested in purchasing a new home.

I love working with Diane! I used to listen to Diane on the radio and she is the same funny smart person in real life. We are working to find me a new home and I could not be happier. I've thoroughly enjoyed the process thus far. She has worked hard to find me homes that suit my needs. We've gotten beat out on a couple, but we're going to get one of them soon!
