Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Glendale, AZ.
We were heading to Arizona in three days to visit family and look for our future retirement home. We had not been happy with the scarce communication from a broker recommended to us by a friend. So, we decided to check Zillow, were impressed with the reviews for Diane and called her. She responded almost immediately and in one phone conversation we knew we were in good hands. She listened to our wish list, sought to really understand what was important to us, carefully reviewed the homes we had screened on line and then set about sending on additional listings and suggestions of things to consider. Five days later she came all the way from Gilbert up to Glendale and spent the better part of a day showing us 8-10 properties. We decided to place an offer, only to find out that the property went under contract that very afternoon. Two days later, with Diane's help, we found an even better property and successfully completed the transaction. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in San Tan Valley, AZ.
Diane is a fabulous agent! She is always prompt with responses and very knowledgeable in the field. We are from CA, so there was a bit of a distance issue when it came to looking at homes in AZ. She set aside an entire Saturday to show us 8+ homes and then write up an offer that same day. When she took us out to view homes in Queen Creek, she made sure we met at a location where she could explain the layout of the town and good-to-know common streets/areas--super helpful for out-of-towners. When we found an association we liked, Diane took the time to pull over and research more homes in that association that fit our needs and called to set up a showing of another home. Talk about dedication in helping you find your perfect home! In addition, Diane has blocked off about a 2 hr window so that we can get paint and carpet estimates/appointments done before we move (so that we can get settled in faster)! Diane is an amazing realtor!!! We had many struggles that came in our path when looking for a home and she never gave up on us! She was very helpful and always took the time to explain things if we did not understand, she is very kind and generous and we will tell anyone who is looking to purchase a home to call Diane!
