    Bought a home in 2013.

    My wife and I just purchased a property in Overgaard. We were very lucky in having Diane for a agent. First off she is very responsive. As a out of town purchaser unfamilar with the Rim Country she was a blessing. Every time we contacted her she was quick to respond and always had a solution or information we needed. Diane is also very knowledgable of the area. she always answered all our questions from utilities, to stores and even to simple questions from my boy. Upon purchase of our cabin she met us at the residence and insured that we were satisfied. She showed us things from where the water turn off was to information on winterizing the cabin. I would highly recommend her services and expertise to others looking for agent.  More Less

    Bought a home in 2008.

    A few years ago, my husband and I found a couple of cabins in Bison Ranch that we were interested in and called the listing agent on one of the properties, Diane Dahlin. At no time, did we feel pressured towards the property she had listed, and indeed, ended up purchasing the other.     Bought a home in 2011.

    I found a cabin in Heber/Overgaard and on a Sunday evening I called the phone number listed for the agent, Diane Dahlin. To my surprise Diane answered the phone and was obviously busy handling her horses, but she stopped everything to discuss the property with me. She knew all the details, was forthcoming with issues and concerns and answered all my naive questions with such professionalism.

    We met with Diane at her office; she already had printed a packet of essential information and included documentation for other cabins for comparison or possible prospects. Diane drove us to the cabin and explained all the great assets along with some deficiencies and items that required repair. She drove us around the neighborhood and showed us points of interest. We loved the cabin!

    We participated in a bidding process and ultimately became the proud owners. Diane handled everything; she referred us to all appropriate folks for pre-qualification all the way to final purchase through a lender. Extremely efficient process with no unnecessary stress. Following our purchase, she provided us with a list of reputable businesses and trades in the area which was an extremely helpful resource.

    Eighteen months later, we contacted Diane and inquired about extending our property by purchasing an adjacent lot. The lot was not for sale, but we thought we would ask. Once again, Diane handled everything and we are now the proud owners of that additional land and it was all completed within a few weeks!

    We are also quite impressed by her method of service she continues to provide to her customers. We receive periodic emails from Diane on community events, issues pertinent to the area and updates on concerning hot topics such as forest fires. No soliciting, no advertisement, just sharing very beneficial information that makes us smile and feel welcomed.
