We connected, but it did not work out.
I was unable to work directly with Diane, however, she was extremely responsive and eager to work with us. We were just not prepared to purchase a home at this time.

Bought a Single Family home in 2002 in Willow Grove, PA.
If you are still looking for an agent, stop looking now. Pick up the phone and call Diane LePera. My partner and I were first time home buyers and had not a clue where to start. Thank God I called Diane. She was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She walked us through every step. From mortgages to inspections, area knowledge to negotiation Diane was on top of everything. We wouldn't be in our dream home without her. If your looking for an agent with home buying skills, you found her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Willow Grove, PA.
Diane was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive to all requests. She took her time to show us every house we wanted to see and then worked like crazy to get us the house we wanted at a price we could afford. I have, and will continue to recommend Diane to my family and friends.

Diane was responsive and very helpful. Her negotiation skills are exceptional, we paid a LOT less than asking price.

Diane has a great understanding of the neighborhoods and markets in the area that I am looking to purchase. She has gone above and beyond working around my schedule. Diane has worked with me when placing offers to ensure that I was within the price range for the homes that I was trying to purchase. Diane also has a great contractor network that can help quote and/or resolve issues with the properties that I viewed.
