Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
From start to finish Diane made our dream of finding a home a reality. She contacted me in Oregon before we were sure my husband was hired to work in New York. I looked at hundreds of houses always coming back to look at the house in Grafton. Diane took my husband to see it soon after he arrived. Also others in the area and within our price range. I came two weeks later and she met us at the house. She was extremely professional and always friendly. She worked with the sellers and us, negotiating the best price for the house. When we saw that the driveway was not suitable, she met with the sellers and they had a new driveway put down. She helped in finding services such as Internet, propane and fuel oil. She is extremely knowledgable and was there every step of the way making our buying experience easy and painless. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.…More Less

In the initial stage of our search, Diane showed an amazing knowledge of the area and school districts that helped focus our search. Once we began looking at houses, Diane was very accommodating to our schedule and we always left feeling like we got to see the entire house. Once we decided to put in an offer Diane again showed her knowledge and guided us through the process.
With Diane's experience, we felt very comfortable asking her for recommendations for professionals that we needed along the way (inspector, radon mitigation specialist, contractor) and were very pleased with her suggestions. We also greatly appreciated Diane's tenacity and energy when we had some problems setting a closing date.
Overall, Diane did a wonderful job helping us find our new home. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Diane again or to recommend her services.…More Less
