Perfection for us! We've been looking for the perfect home for two years and Diane was the only one to work to find it for us the minute it was listed. She quickly responded to every question and every concern regardless of how important it was or was not. Diane obviously takes her position very seriously as she ALWAYS kept on top of her game from recommendations for inspections to attorneys. Her quick response was the reason we found the perfect house for us. After trying several other agents we know we can say that Diane was the only agent in my area that worked to find us a home. Others just went through the motion of looking if we pushed them about a house we found on line. Diane would be my go-to professional for either buying or selling a home. I have done both using her expertise and her organized "can-do" attitude. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Troy, NY.Summary:
My wife and I worked with Diane on the purchase of our first home. We began our process in the fall of 2011 and just purchased our home in March of 2012. She is very friendly and easy to talk to and listened to what our needs and wishes were. She was also very professional and knowlegeable about setting up appointments to look at houses that we would actually be interested in and not letting us waste our time with unrealistic expectations our setting our sights too low. Diane showed many houses that met our check list but just didn't feel like home. When we crossed one house off, she very patiently and graciously helped us find another one to look at and researched the pros and cons based on the information we had given her. Once we did find our house and began the process of putting in an offer and closing, Diane was there every step of the way fielding our many questions and working closely with us and the seller's agent to make the transition as smooth as possible.
