Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Plano, TX.
This was a first time home purchase for my husband and me, so we were quite unfamiliar with the buying process. Luckily we were recommended to work with Dillon McDonald for our agent. Bought a home in 2011.
Dillon McDonald was very patient in walking me through a first time home buy and explained every step of the process along the way. Additionally, he was keen to the rules of the game with a full understanding of all the applicable laws and the motives of all the key players in the game including the title company, seller, banks, appraisers, etc. Furthermore, he was incredibly responsive to all inquiries and was relentless with third parties when trying to gather information even after the sale was finalized.
