Mitzi has lived in Tampa most of her life and has been in real estate for more than 25 years. She opened The Reserve at Tampa Palms as the broker and has focused on the luxury home market. Dina was born and raised in Tampa and attended the Academy of the Holy Names and the University of Florida. She started her career in real estate in 1994 when she joined Avila Realty. Mitzi joined at the same time, so the two decided to team up, forming what has been a truly successful partnership that has endured through the years. In 2004 after Avila had completed development, Gill and Smith joined Smith and Associates, calling it one of the best moves of their career.
